All our premium hot tub covers feature superior, heavy duty Marine Grade vinyl treated with mildew and UV inhibitors to keep your new spa cover vinyl strong and looking new. The vinyl we use on our spa covers is extra thick to prevent cracking and splitting. Our hot tub covers are cold crack tested down to -20 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Our custom built spa covers are built using virgin foam core insulation in a variety of foam densities and thicknesses to meet your needs. Our easy ordering process allows you to custom design your Hot Tub cover with the best combination of strength and heat retention to fit your geographic location.
The number one cause of spa cover failure is water absorption. Once a hot tub cover starts absorbing water (moisture) it will act like a sponge and in a very short time can double in weight. We use the thickest plastic (8mil) to wrap our foam cores and heat seal to ensure an air tight, moisture proof seal.

We take the extra steps) to ensure that each spa cover we build is stitched to exacting standards. We double and triple stitch all hot tub covers paying particular attention to the spa covers stress points. (Hinge, Handles, Straps, Corners, and Skirt). All spa covers are stitched with polyatomic UVR thread to prevent premature failure due to UV exposure.
We build our hot tub covers with multiple layers of reinforced vinyl for the best built and strongest hinge. It has been tested for thousands of folds. in addition to the stress of the opening and closing of your spa cover it is reinforced to work with your existing (or new) spa cover lifter.
The underliner is a key component on your hot tub cover. Our spa covers are built with a chlorine and bromine resistant breathable mesh underliner. Some manufacturers use a solid liner, which can allow condensation to stagnate under the spa covers liner which can cause eventual vapor barrier breakdown and bacteria or mold growth. With a mesh underliner the condensation easily drips back into your spa to avoid this issue.
Our premium hot tub covers are built with super strong reinforced vinyl handles that match your hot tub cover to ensure a great looking and functional spa cover. Don't settle for cheaper black mesh handles.
We use triple-reinforced vinyl tie down straps to secure your new hot tub cover to your spa cabinet. All spa covers come with new locks, keys, and hardware to attach your locks to your spa cabinet to tightly secure your spa cover to your spa cabinet.
For added extra strong support we build our hot tub covers with a heavy gauge non-corrosive steel C-Channel bar that is inserted into both sections of foam along the hinge side to give added strength to the center of your premium hot tub cover.
To allow you access to the foam cores we use a commercial marine grade extruded P.V.C. resin zipper that is corrosion resistant and allows easy but protected access to the sealed foam cores. We build the vinyl skin with a flap to hide the zipper as well as to help seal and protect.
